Your satisfaction has been our priority more than ever and we have decided to measure it once more through our annual Customer Trust Rating Survey.
You may have been part of the panel as we received many answers from companies all around the world, including airlines, maintenance and repair organizations (MRO) as well as brokers. Thank you for the high rate of answers!
The 2020 edition of our survey has been a good opportunity to receive feedback on the different initiatives we developed during the pandemic to support our customers as close as possible.
Overall satisfaction score
We are very happy to observe a significant improvement of overall satisfaction from 7.5 to 8 (out of 10). It shows that our efforts to continuously adjust our services to meet your expectations and requirements in terms of the aftermarket are successful.
Moreover, we were able to reduce by 50% the number of dissatisfied customers, while conserving our good rate of satisfied customers.
All of this contributes to an improvement of 10 points of our Net Promoter Score!
