Increase your benefit of your old A320 high pressure and pressure regulation valves D and E versions by replacing them!
The D and E high pressure and pressure regulating valve versions were used in A320 production until MSN 1993 in 2003. As the COVID-19 crisis may limit their fleet renewal, the airlines are tempted to keep their earlier generations A320ceo flying longer. Even with the Airbus Extended Service Goal, these aircraft do not benefit from up-to-date technologies and generate lower in-service performance compared to the latest A320ceo generation.
Our upgrade solutions are built to give a boost to bleed system performances on the Airbus Single Aisle family’s oldest generations. The replacement of high pressure valves (HPV) 6713D or 6773E and pressure regulating valves (PRV) 6714D or 6774E by their respective and compatible last generation HPV 6773F and PRV 6774G, allows to cut removals by up to 70%, and drop out of ATA 36 of “Operational Interruptions Top 10”, ensuring enhanced aircraft availability.
We care about our products our continuous improvements based on years of OEM expertise in combination with operational experience, deliver superior on-wing performance.
Modernization of HPV and PRV also reduces the cost of logistic and supply chain management of the two core components of the bleed system. Supported by standardized inventories, you will benefit from components compatibility on the entire A320ceo fleet, enhanced repair parts availability and, ultimately, achieve overall maintenance costs reduction of up to 20%.
