Liebherr has developed a new Design-to-Cost Liebherr Electrical Turbo Compressor (ETC) solution for automotive fuel cell application.

Our modular solution covers a wide range of customers’ requirements through three variants of ETC, namely 15, 20 and 25 kW, with a flow range of up to 200 g/s and with the same power electronic.

Our ETC is of an efficient and ultra-compact cold plate design, with maximum efficiency (up to 97 %) by using advanced innovative technologies.

Thanks to its enhanced modularity, its mature design and successful test campaigns, this ETC provides a reliable and tailored integration to our customers.

Liebherr is the single provider for fuel cell electrical turbo compressors and power electronic devices.
