With the aim of further strengthening the Liebherr Group’s international market position in the maritime sector, Liebherr has built an additional production location with an overall area of 330,000 square metres in the Rostock harbour area to manufacture maritime cranes with lifting capacities up to 2000 t. The facility comprises three production buildings and an administrative block including a total of 135,000 square metres of built-over area.
