June saw the first Liebherr mobile construction crane delivered to Turkey. A new MK 88 model was handed over to Kapukaya Vinç ve Taşımacılık at the Ankomak Exhibition in Istanbul. The unit in the customer's livery had already been unveiled and demonstrated to trade visitors on the Liebherr stand at the exhibition. The new MK 88 mobile construction crane received a very positive response and was the subject of a great deal of interest on the Turkish market and drew a massive crowd during its live demonstrations.

Kapukaya Vinç ve Taşımacılık San. Tic. Ltd. is a family-owned company based in Çerkezköy, 80 kilometres to the north of Istanbul which specialises in hire and transport. The company uses several truck loading cranes with lifting capacities of up to 120 tonnes. "The Liebherr MK 88 mobile construction crane is an ideal addition to our hire fleet.
