At the EMO, the world's leading trade fair for the metalworking industry, which is being held from 19 - 24 September 2011 in Hanover, Liebherr will be presenting numerous innovations within the scope of the Sigma Pool stand in Hall 26.
The LFG 1000 tooth forming grinder, including the matching inner grinding head as well as a newly-developed double-side dresser, will be on display. The LFG series makes highly productive profile grinding of outer and inner gear teeth possible. The tried-and-tested counterstay allows gearwheel shafts to be clamped. Using the Liebherr ring loader, the LFG will make automated profile grinding operation possible in a new range of sizes.
The LSE 500 gear shaping machine will also be on display at the trade fair stand. The core piece of the machine is the capping head with its electronic diagonal control which, in combination with the moving capping head carriage, enables flexible production with no need for retooling.
A further Liebherr exhibit at the EMO 2011 is the LCS 500 gear and profile grinding machine.
In Hanover, the Liebherr Automation Systems business unit will be showing the new RLS 800 rotation loading system with the RST stacking pillar. This product complements the famous PHS linear pallet handling system. The RLS is designed for customers who are planning a low-cost system solution for their entry into high-efficiency production. Along with this, visitors will also be able to see our LP 20 and LP 2000 wrist axles.
EMO visitors can find Liebherr at the Sigma Pool stand at the trade fair in Hall 26/Stand D29.
