After almost two years of construction, Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH has taken occupation of the new production hall in the north of the factory premises. Increasing order volumes made an enlargement of the production capacity necessary. The volume of the investment for this building project amounted to approx. 30 million euros.

The new production hall together with the adjoining office tract has a surface area of approx. 16,700 m² and the hall a maximum height of 19 m. In addition to the final assembly of gear cutting machines, the new complex also houses the test and demonstration centre. The new office tract has facilities for customer support as well as training and seminar rooms.

The enlargement of the premises is the foundation for the further growth of Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH and the strengthening of its position in the market. Simultaneously, the company has increased its commitment to the business location in Kempten/Allgäu.
