Each chapter describes manufacturing techniques and application possibilities with the corresponding machine components. In doing so, particularities of the respective approaches and equipment technologies are discussed in detail. Volume II is as comprehensive and elaborately illustrated as volume I, which has been published in march 2008 and which already has become a standard reference.
