As part of its after-sales service, Liebherr offers the re-sharpening and coating of gear cutting tools. This re-sharpening service is performed to the same high standard of quality required of new tools and guarantees the quality of the original manufacturer.

The various coatings are carried out by certificated coating specialists and in accordance with Liebherr's specifications. Delivery to the customer is only effected, after an extensive quality control has been performed. This is ensures consistent tool quality to the limit of the tool's effective depth. Our high standards of quality and short delivery times reduce our customers' costs.

Liebherr also offers a quality check (test log) for the tools, so that any deviations - that may in particular occur through the coating process - are detected in time and only tools that are free of defects proceed to the gear cutting process.
