Liebherr has been manufacturing fire-brigade cranes for more than 25 years. More than 80 of these special cranes with load capacities of between 25 and 70 tons are in operation with many fire-brigades all over Europe. Liebherr fire-brigade cranes are standard cranes with special equipment which have clearly demonstrated their efficiency during the rescue of persons, the protection of endangered vehicles on bridges, the lifting and erection of toppled over loads, the recovery and haulage of broken down vehicles, the support during fire-fighting as well as the scenes of fire and damage caused by storm.
